1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the platform operated by Botitout ("Bot It Out", "we", "us", or "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Bot It Out provides managed hosting for OpenClaw instances. We provision, maintain, and monitor cloud infrastructure on your behalf.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations. Abuse, including but not limited to denial-of-service attacks, unauthorized access attempts, or distribution of malware, will result in immediate termination.

5. Third-Party AI Providers (Bring Your Own Key)

The Service allows you to connect your own API keys from third-party AI providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, OpenRouter, Groq, Mistral, xAI, and others. By using these keys with Bot It Out, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of service, usage policies, and acceptable use policies of each third-party AI provider whose API key you use.
  • You are responsible for all charges incurred on your third-party provider accounts as a result of usage through the Service.
  • Bot It Out does not store, log, or share your API keys beyond what is necessary to operate your instance. Keys are stored encrypted on your dedicated server.
  • Bot It Out is not liable for any suspension, termination, or action taken by a third-party provider against your account.
  • It is your responsibility to review and understand the terms of each provider before connecting your API key.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring subscription basis. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file. Failure to pay may result in suspension of service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bot It Out shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
