Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All paid plans can be cancelled anytime from your billing page. Monthly plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Yearly plans are billed annually at a discounted rate — you can cancel anytime and your service will continue until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer yearly billing?
Yes! You can save approximately 17% by choosing yearly billing. Toggle between monthly and yearly on the pricing cards above. Yearly plans are billed once per year at a discounted rate.
How do upgrades work?
Upgrade from your dashboard at any time. If you're on a paid plan, we prorate the difference. Your instances and data are preserved during the upgrade.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your billing page - cancellation is immediate and you won't be charged again. For refund requests, contact us or Polar (our merchant of record). See our refund policy for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed by Polar, the merchant of record for all subscriptions. No PayPal or crypto at this time.
Is my data secure?
Each instance runs on its own dedicated server - not shared hosting. Your API keys are deployed directly to your server and never stored by us. You get full SSH access on the Enterprise plan.
