Yes. All paid plans can be cancelled anytime from your billing page. Monthly plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Yearly plans are billed annually at a discounted rate — you can cancel anytime and your service will continue until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer yearly billing?
Yes. Yearly billing saves about 17%. Choose Monthly or Yearly above the plans. Yearly plans are billed once a year at the lower rate.
How do upgrades work?
Upgrade from your dashboard at any time. If you're on a paid plan, we prorate the difference. Your instances and data are preserved during the upgrade.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your billing page — cancellation is immediate and you won't be charged again. For refund requests, contact us or Polar (our merchant of record). See our refund policy for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed by Polar, the merchant of record for all subscriptions. No PayPal or crypto at this time.
