Refund Policy

1. Merchant of Record

All payments are processed by Polar, which acts as the merchant of record for all Bot It Out subscriptions. Refunds are issued through Polar to your original payment method.

2. Cancellation - Paid Plans

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your billing page. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and your instance remains active until the end of your current billing period. Once the billing period ends, your instance and its server will be automatically removed. No further charges will apply after cancellation.

This applies to both monthly and yearly plans. If you cancel a yearly subscription, you retain access for the remainder of the year you have already paid for. No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time on cancelled subscriptions.

3. Cancellation - Free Tier

Free tier instances are removed immediately upon cancellation. The free tier does not involve any charges and is not eligible for refunds.

4. Refunds - Subscription Plans

Refund requests for subscription plans are handled by Polar, the merchant of record. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at [email protected] or reach out to Polar directly at [email protected]. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law and Polar's refund policy.

5. AI Credits - Non-Refundable

All AI credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits are consumed as your AI agents process messages and cannot be reversed once purchased. Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely and do not expire. Please review the available credit packs carefully before purchasing.

6. Service Termination by Us

If we terminate your account for reasons other than a violation of our Terms of Service, you will receive a full refund for any unused portion of your current billing period.
